A few words from Scott

I receive a lot of emails and questions as to whether my physique and namely my abs are real, or merely the curtsy of photoshop!! Hence I decided to upload here a few of my personal pictures taken merely from my iPhone!

Without doubt the help of a great photographer, lighting and post production can make a truely awesome photograph, but you need great granite abs through hard training, correct diet and supplementation to give the photographic team something surefire to work with!
