Keep the mind strong
It's that time of year that can test your mental discipline to keep consistent with your training. Its cold, dark and not too inspiring having to rise at 5 am and get that fasted cardio session nailed.
It's therefore important to keep the mind "strong" by keeping positive. I have motivational tracks and videos feeding my mind with positive energy on constant "play and repeat" when I begin to feel a little demotivated or feel the effects of my external environment.
